gpslog-gls:cmd-newentry – opens a new entry gpslog-gls:cmd-newentry?ll=51.061912,-1.282033 – opens a new entry using the given location string (this is parsed using the standard coord parsing so you can use the usual choice of formats here).
Recovery
NB. this cannot be done if the App is running in the background. To terminate the process, double tap the home button, tap&hold GPS Log, then hit the 'minus' arrow.
