Terminate app symbol

With multi-tasking enabled, you may occasionally need to terminate an App manually.

This can happen if the App enters an error state that cannot be exited from.

The easiest way to terminate the errant app, is to double-tap the home button (as you can do to switch to other running apps), then tap and hold on the App that you need to terminate, and press the minus ("-") sign to terminate it. [Not to be confused with the 'x' sign that you can use to delete apps from the main screen!].
